Preferred Experience and Familiarity with Michelle P Waiver and SCL Waiver Regulations

Some people may require more hands on assistance with caregiving while other people may only require assistance with grocery shopping or simply learning to have fun!
* Oversee the Day Training program; responsible for employee supervision, scheduling, meaningful activities, and site compliance.
* Making positive matches between participants and service providers.
* Attending service plan of cares and ensuring quality goals are in place.
* Assuring the service provider completes necessary paperwork timely.
* Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process.
* Be responsible for the compliance of the waiver service as well as the participant health record.
* Ensuring the participant's health, safety, and welfare is met.
* Having fun with the participants!
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be 18 years or older
* Current driver's license and auto insurance
* Excellent communication skills
