Everyone has different levels of care. Some people may require more hands on assistance with caregiving while other people may only require assistance with grocery shopping or simply learning to have fun! 


This position will oversee the services of Respite, Community Living Supports, Personal Assistance/Care, Community Access, and the Day Training Program. The primary duties that this position is responsible for are:

* Oversee the Day Training program; responsible for employee supervision, scheduling, meaningful activities, and site compliance. 

* Making positive matches between participants and service providers.

* Attending service plan of cares and ensuring quality goals are in place. 

* Assuring the service provider completes necessary paperwork timely.

* Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process. 

* Be responsible for the compliance of the waiver service as well as the participant health record. 

* Some direct service provision may be required of the position during times of trying to find a match to hire for the participant. 

* Ensuring the participant's health, safety, and welfare is met.

* Having fun with the participants!


Pay starts at $35,000 and can be negotiated based on experience. Pay will also increase based on the increase in services provided.


Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Must be 18 years or older

* Current driver's license and auto insurance

* Excellent communication skills

*Computer skills
